Orders will usually be dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving full payment. All orders are dispatched with Australia Post.

For Australian free shipping orders, we use Standard regular post without tracking. Standard post requires roughly 2-5 business days in transit.

Whilst we take every care in packaging and posting your order, once in transit we are unable to guarantee the safe and prompt delivery of your order, so please keep this in mind. If you have not received your parcel within 10 business days (for domestic orders) please contact us and we will endeavour to do what we can to help.


If you are dissatisfied with your item(s), please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item for a refund or exchange. Return postage is paid for by the buyer and if an original postage cost has been charged, it will not be refunded, except in the case that your item has been wrongly described.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us for a replacement, free of charge. Proof of damaged goods must be provided.
